Another of my characters. Hellfire's youngest daughter, Serena, or Glitch as she is usually called. (Due to her powers being glitched.) ... Her outfit came out looking a lot more 'superhero costume' than I had intended. *laughs* I think it's the detailing on her pants that did it...
